Thanks for reading. I use the 2 Zuiko lenses that came with the camera, I kept switching between them all day.
14-45mm f/3.5-5.6 Zuiko EZ Zoom Lens & Olympus 40-150mm f/3.5-4.5 Zuiko EZ Zoom Lens.

I have Those 2 lens' as well. If you ever look into getting another lens the ZD 35mm Macro is a very good lens. I took it to the N.Y. Aquarium Friday and the Bronx Zoo Saturday. I'm going to post some pics on the photo board when I get a chance.

I will look into that. I am looking to get the evolt 510 now. maybe before my next trip I will. who knows. Thanks for the info on the macro lens I have wanted one.

Well here we are half way through our trip. but let's have fun while we are still here.
Ok so we have a 9:30 ressie at Chef Mickey. I have never been so it looks like fun.
We take the magic kingdom bus from POR and we arrive just when they did the opening ceremony.
I snap this photo.

Then I look over and see the Grand Floridian and snap this. I took a similar one yesterday but hey I am snap happy.

Then we proceed up to the monorail. There is one waiting and what do I see, no one in the front. Now I would have never had known you can ask to ride up there if not for these boards, so I asked if we could. Obviously not all cause only 4 can go. I tell Jm to ride up here and she said no. are u kidding me I said. Then DZ said she will ride it so Jm said ok. Always attached to her mother. EZ came along for the ride also. One problem, dirty windows.

Thank you for riding the WDW monorail system.

That was a lot of fun. next time I want to do the entire loop and have a cleaner window. If you have not done this I highly recommend it. Jm loved it and she did not want to do it. Too shy. Kajagoogoo wrote the song about her.

We then step off and the women need a potty break. (did we not leave the hotel 1/2 hour ago) ok so I walk around and snap a few.

This is my first time in the Contemporary and I must say it is interesting.

Especially to be standing there and all of the sudden this goes by.

So we walk over to

and we are about 15 minutes early. They tell us to go have our pic taken and then we will buzzed. We get the pic taken (not very flattering of me) and we decide later not to buy it.
then we wait by the chair and 1 minute later. BZZZZZZ.
We walk over and the host takes us to a table of 5 we had to point out to him that we were 8. I'm sorry but I cracked up at this.
As we went back to the desk i snapped this.

Ok now I'm going to start another post cause next up are the character pics and there a few.

So we get a nice table and we sit down and the interaction begins.

This guy started coming around as soon as we sat.

you gotta love Pluto.

So we divide up and 1/2 goes up for food. When we come back we see that Goofy has now entered the section.

Then Minnie came into the section. Now all of the sudden everyone started waving their napkins and the characters all ran around and then Minnie was gone.
A few minutes later she returned.

look who wanted in on the photos. Guess Disney is getting the best of him.

More Minnie. She was popular at our table.

Then a certain Duck decided to stop by.

Then the big cheese himself. He went the other direction than all the other characters so we saw him quicker. Though once they entered within 3 minutes they were at our table.

What again.

I had to brighten his pic up it was really dark.

my review of Chef Mickey's -

The food was really good. I love the mickey pancakes they will make for you. I also had Mickey waffles. MMMMM.

I will definitely go back here with or without kids.

So we leave Chef Mickey and then we take the elevator down to the lobby.

I will say I would not mind staying here once just to see If i like it. It is so close to MK.
So close you see this.

As we waited for the bus this passed above us.

The bus was there in less than 5 minutes and we bid a fond farewell to the

10:30 in the morning and the bus is ours.

So by 11 we are MGM.

I've finished the report of our first day (in two parts). Here's the link to the thread:

So we arrived at MGM and it is all of out first time there. As we walk towards the entrance I see this.

Oh I cannot wait.

So we do the finger scanning thing and then Bip says she wants to get JM a stroller today so she will not be cranky. We are staying in the park till about 9:30 so it will be a long day.
I snap this.

Ok stroller rolling we see a photopass guy and ask him also to take one with my camera.

Do we stop or should we go? We go.

Where to go, where to go. Well we decide to split up. Biff, Bip, Dz, Jm and LL all go to see the Little Mermaid Show while MZ, EZ and myself go and get fp's for TOT. I also pick one up for Biff.

Here are the crowds walking towards TOT.

Ooh I see it.

So we get out fp's and it is for 1:55 to 2:55. Perfect Beauty and the Beast is at 1:45.

We walk over to RNR and we know already the fp machine is not working as they had a sign up in the front of the park.

So we walk in and 80 minutes. we will come back.

So we start heading back the other way. Saw this taxi and it reminded me of home.

Then we pass the Broomsticks.

and sorcerer Mickey topiary.

Then we proceed on as we have time to kill cause they r in the show and will be for awhile.
We pass the hat and start heading towards the area with Star Tours and along the way we saw this coming at us.

As you can see I was on the wrong side but you can still read what it says. I have not seen the movie so I was not excited about it.

Then we get to "HEAVEN"

I love Star Wars. The original trilogy is sacred to me. I have seen the first film from 1977 over 200 times and love it.

10 minute wait ooh let's jump on.

Where is my cable, I could jump up and slash the insides with my lightsabre like Luke did.

aah there u r. One of my favorites from the movies.

C3PO is just funny.

Some more droids.

So we board for our flight to Endor and I loved it. I have ridden it before in Disneyland. I do think it needs to be touched up a little.

Now I will stop, update coming soon. Gotta go to lunch today it is restaurant week here in the city so have to take advantage of it.
