Gary like others I never really knew Karen but got to know from others what the DIS and Disney meant to you both.
The DIS is an incredible, supportive forum with many areas that will listen or offer help and support.

Gary - unfortunately due to time constraints I haven't read through all the replies to your post but just wanted to add whenever you need some moral support you can count on me. We too have a special needs child and its myself who does all the meetings/school problems etc that your Karen would have done and which you will now have to face. Fortunately I have my husband to fall back on but whenever you need some help/support you know where to turn. I don't know if anyone has pointed out I think there is a disabilities section on here (I sometime look at the one on the The Dibb). Sometimes you just need to offload a problem and goodness knows with your loss still so raw its going to be a difficult time, I think you know you are among friends. Karen would be so proud of you. Take care and I hope you soon feel the magic again.
