Hope I am not to late to join the party. I just read your TR and it is funny how the pictures everyone always looks happy. We went in April and btwn DS4 and DS2 crying all the time I was ready to pull my hair out. Luckily though they all look so happy in the pics.

To your DH...yes there is a difference btwn Mickey in a Tux and Sorcerer Mickey. You need to get them all. But that is what another trip is for.

I think I'm going to skip the Stitch ride...I don't mind Stitch, but I don't love him so I'm just going to leave that ride for next time! The Monsters Inc Laugh Floor looks cute!

I know what you mean about Space Mountain! It's kind of boring compared to RnRC, but I love it, it's a classic, so I have to do it! And you have to admit, it's fun not knowing if you're going to get hurled out of there with the sharp turns it makes!

I love Alice's comment to Brady about his hair looking like a hedgehog!

OK somehow I totally missed your MK Day 1 post! Even with the "mishaps", upset rider and uhmmmm...other things () you had a very successful day!! I agree about doing MK in more than one day if possible! We did it in 2 1/2 days last year and had to cram our MK visit into one day this year!!

And I must agree again: STITCH. IS. THE. WORST. RIDE. EVER.

We saw it last year and I don't know that even a million dollar prize would get me back!!! Big Waste of Time!!! (Ok, I probably would suffer for a million dollars!! )

I LOVED the day 2 mohawk!! That rocked!!!

Hi Joni, I'm ChiChi. I "followed" you over from the other Joni's PTR. One of the first pictures that made me go "Awwww" was the one with Shelby sleeping and holding Koby's finger.

Very cool that your room was ready! gotta love Disney magic.

Sorry you didn't get a picture of Shelby meeting her very first character but at least you got fast passes for Soarin. Yay for one of the oysters having twins. Very cool for being invited for the special character meet.

Sweet for being the first family in the park on your Hollywood Studios Day. lmao @ Neener neener neener!!! I can't wait til I have a little one of my own to take to Play and Dine. Did Shelby's not eating her food last the whole trip? It was probably because of her teeth coming in huh? poor thing, missing out on all that good Disney food. I absoultuely LOVE that picture of Shelby meeting Perla and Suzy.

My jaw dropped when I read that you found Ben's ring in the garbage!!!

I watched the video, the boys look like they had a lot of fun on the tea cups.

I have finally seen a floor in my laundry room after returning from Disney. Then we changed Shelby's crib to a toddler bed & now a once very simple bed time routine has turned to hell. I promise I will work on an update tonight! Something to block out Shelby's cries

After we left Mickey's House, it was time to see the Princesses! Now there was a 60 minute wait, but ask me if I cared. The guys in the family were not thrilled. Well, let me rephrase that, Ben & Koby was not thrilled. Brady was more than excited to meet the princesses. Sometimes I wonder about that child lol. The line moved fairly fast.

Right before we meet our 1st princess what does Shelby decide to do?

Of all times for her to take a nap!!!! But yes, I did wake her up. I will use all the photopass pics for this, since those came out much better anyway. Our 1st Princess was Aurora. I was not impressed. She signed the books, posed for pics & that was about it. She really didn't talk much to us at all. Even Ben said she seem preoccupied.

See, nothing major. I even had the Aurora clippie in Shelby's hair, pointed it out & she said "Oh how nice" or something under her breath. Next in line was Cinderella, let's she say she made up for Aurora & then some. We walk up & Cinderella sits on the ground. She asks me Shelby's name & she says "Hi Tiny Princess Shelby! (Pardon me, while I wipe tears away.) Look in your hair! That's me! Oh how wonderful!" And then, the most magical thing in the world happened. Shelby sat on her lap. My always-on-the-go, never be still child, just sat there. Like this was where she belonged. Cinderella looked at me & with the sweetest, most sincere voice asked me, "Can Tiny Princess Shelby come live with me in the castle please?" I almost said yes. I was too busy choking back the tears. I will let the pics finish the commentary, while I wipe my eyes.

Cinderella actually did forget about Brady! When he snuck in the earlier pic, she said "My goodness! I forgot about you there little prince!" When I saw my princess with my favorite princess, I looked over at Ben, tears in my eyes & he smiled at me. He knows that Cinderella has always been my favorite princess & to see her holding MY princess was all my heart could take. I even told Cinderella that she was my favorite princess. She said, "Well I think Tiny Princess Shelby is your favorite now." I smiled & said yes. She nodded like she totally understood. On the Thank You section of the board, I posted this just for Cinderella:

That one moment made every dirty look, bad word, heated discussion totally melt away. I really don't think Cinderella wanted to give her back up to me. But there was a line & we had to move on. Next was Ariel. Um wow, she was NOT pretty. In fact, some have told me that she looks like a man in drag. I have to agree. But regardless, she was wonderful! She asked Brady what kind of fish he was with that hair & he said a blow fish, we told her that he is a clown fish. Then she said she was going to talk Prince Eric into fixing his hair like Brady's. She said all she needed to do it was 2 dinglehoppers! She said Prince Eric would look so handsome with hair like Brady's. Then she notices Shelby's clippie. I had changed it from Cinderella to Ariel. And she exclaims "Look Cinderella! It's me! Look in this guppy's fin!" Cinderella looked hurt & said "A minute ago that was ME in her hair." I said "Sorry Princess, I had to make sure all the Princesses were in her hair." She smiled & said she understood. Now before we went in to see the Princesses, I had made Ben grab the clippies & he said "Yeah, like they will even notice." NEENER NEENER NEENER!!!!!! THEY DID NOTICE!!!! (If you can't tell, I love proving him wrong!) But here are the pics from Ariel.

Next installment, hopefully tomorrow will be meeting the Fairies & the kiss that changed Koby's entire attitude!

I plan on putting the one of Cinderella holding Shelby & they are both looking down up on her wall above her bed. I am just unsure if I should do black & white or color!
