Or what about what happened to Phil Mocek!!!! He was trying to research all the laws governing filming at check points and was wrongly arrested. The reason he was researching all of this was because of a video he saw where TSA was not allowing a guy to video tape a conflict between the guys family member and TSA.

I just wonder why the dad decided 2 years later to make a big stink about it? The video is not recent but he supposedly just happened to find it and decided to send it to all the news outlets?
I really don't see the big deal. The TSA agent was very nice to the little boy, talked in a low happy tone. He was just doing his job. I for one and thankful for that.

I agree with you. This doesn't seem so outrageous to me. Unfortunately, if someone is looking for a place to smuggle something, a kid with a cast in a wheelchair is a really good place to put it. I think the TSA had a reason to feel that checking it out was necessary, and they did it in a respectful way.
