Hey Ruthie!!! I just got back from mom's today.....trying to catch up on everything.

Yay!!!!! for the plans and the magic band testing.

I did not get to bring home your lamp there was nooooooooo space left in the van. I am getting ready to post before and after pics in a minute. you will see what I mean Well, I think mom is planning a trip down to visit before we go to Disney next year so you still may get it!!!

Hi Raina, I saw the pictures while you were there looks like you all had a great time ! I posted but I think it got lost in between the pictures your Mom was posting I had said " Hi ! " to Frank and commented that I liked his shirt looks good on him Liked the girls at Princess boot camp VERY cute I am getting excited about my little trip

More so this weekend when I spend time with Dee (Deesknee) and her family More on that in a few days !! I did meet them briefly yesterday AWESOME when you feel the same way in person as you did with the Dis, email, and phone friendship I have great friends/extended family that started here on the Dis Never been disappointed yet with meeting I think Restrasz/Ruth agrees with this statement

YAY!! Dee seems like a wonderful person, I'm glad you all are getting to spend a little time together......I'm just waiting for her to get back and write her TR so that I can find out about all of the surprises!!!!

We did have a great time. It was our first Ren Faire and I thought it was great. I'm even thinking of going to the NC one in a couple of months....maybe . I told mom though I need a vacation from my vacation, it was very busy!!! No rest for the weary though, we are cleaning out the garage starting tomorrow. I have to go back to work on Monday and I am determined to get some stuff done around this house!!! Wish me luck

I saw a post from you but somehow missed the shirt comment my DH Frank wears Hawaiian shirts every day. Don't know how I am going to get him in Disney t-shirts but I bought one at the Disney store and have been encouraging him to wear it. Because he is going to wear matching Disney shirts with the rest of us........I have spoken seriously happy wife happy life ..mad wife look out......

Hi Trish thanks for coming by too Yes Frank looks good I would let him be about it since he's not the big Disney fan maybe he will compromise at a meal or too though for familyphotos ?

Im getting pretty exhausted too there is so much to do and the days just run away from me lately

I am very much looking forward to this weekend spending time with them AND added bonus to go to the parks

I haven't been to any since I think April/May when Fred was home I know that doesn't seem bad when you don't live here but I used to go at least once a week before I got hurt in Jan When I stayed at POP in July I never stepped a foot into a park I am having major character withdrawals

Speaking of characters, I've said that Maxine reminds me of Maximus so when I found this I thought of her immediately LOVE that attitude She does this too sometimes when I give her a little shove to move her over

Hi Ruthie! Looks like from your plans you are going to be in MK on Thursday 9/5. That's the day we arrive and we should be at MK around lunch time or a bit later. Maybe we can plan a meet up for that day!

Brief Kat update - they had to readmit her to WR because the colitis flared up again. She got a dose of the medicine ahead of the schedule they were hoping to stick to, which means all the rest of the doses will be moved up. This is not a good thing because it could lead to a colectomy sooner rather than later. She should be discharged tomorrow and maybe moved into Wounded Warrior housing on the base. Haven't heard from my nephew yet, so I don't have a more up-to-date update.

When I was taking riding lessons a few years ago, I rode a horse, Rowdy, who liked to give me a nudge or two when he thought I wasn't moving fast enough. He was a great horse for a beginner to learn on and I miss him.

You are so right! You were my only DIS meet thus far and we had a GREAT TIME! I saw more of the area near WDW than ever before! I feel like I made a forever friend that day! Wish you could visit Mi some day but know that the commute to feed the pets might be hard!! We haven't ruled out POP as a place to stay on our next trip , but I really love the French Quarter.

I had to go back and check I'm sooo confused no actually that ADR on the 5th your arrival day is over in EPCOT/Norway that Princess thing I can never pronounce or spell Akershus ? maybe anway that's where I'll be that day Your arrival day is ON your birthday right? Mine is Fri the 6th that day I have totally free so maybe that's a good first meet day ?

Well you know how I feel about her, love her more than most people she is special, that pushing shoving thing does happen and its like a game Sometimes I start it , sometimes she does, I swear she laughs the important thing is she knows to stop when I tell her to It didn't start out that way when we first met and she was a baby though

You should take riding again Is Rowdy no longer available to you ? There are some great horses I met and worked with in NY at a riding school that I will never forget

I wasn't sure if you meant the one in Epcot or MK - we can do a meet up on Friday - we plan to be in Epcot that day. We arrive 2 days after my bd, but I plan on celebrating for the whole 10 days we are there! I figure I'm only going to turn 60 once, so I'm going to make it memorable!

I don't want to take lessons at the same place again - just not happy with the management of the farm - and my instructor got fed up and left too. I need to find a place close to home, thats not too expensive. one of my coworkers could give me lessons, but she lives more than an hour from me so that's not really going to work, since I would have to go after work. I haven't given up though.

I just finished spit polishing my resume and will be faxing it for a job opening in the morning I am SO qualified for this job I have been watching and waiting for an opening here for years Even when in New York I fantasized...Someday I will work there..........

Its a Government job Its FULL TIME it has BENEFITS medical, dental, etc etc it starts at the pay I started at doing this same job in New York and this is FLORIDA !!!!! I know its all in God's hands but your good thoughts, wishes, and prayers would help I NEED this job ( but don't want to say anymore about it just yet ) THANKS I know I can count on you all

You know what rule number one is

Never take more that 3 X 25 minute breaks every hour

Number 2 is never go home tired. If you follow rule number 1 rule number 2will never come into play
