Loved this update as usual. It looks like we followed the exact same path at DTD, just a few hours apart. Love that you got your kids in some great crazy hat pictures.
When we got our Goofy's treats we all sat outside and ate them right away. I thought the kids would eat a few bites and we'd be on our way, but no, they ate the whole thing!
I think my kids should have eaten theirs right after....the marshmallows don't keep nearly as nicely as the pretzels or rice krispy treat! They did get into them when we got back to the room, but didn't finish them that night. A few nights later...eh, not so good. The pretzels were good all week!

that is ridiculous! I love the pics of the kids in the stores trying on hats,so cute. Goofy's is always fun too. Those dolls with rubber clothes, ughhh. Happy Kaylee does not play with them anymore. Maybe I should send them to you. Trying to decide if I should make a reservation for T Rex on our arrival day. Not sure since we were going to skip DTD and I thought the kids would never want to leave the pool. Also waffling on resort choice again, you have me thinking Poly.

I thought about skipping DTD too...it's not my fave, except for Goofy's. That's why I thought going that first night and getting some things would be good. I bet Thomas would like Trex!

Ugh, I know those well...they end up
tearing the outfits off - we just donated a bunch when i did my big November cleaning before bdays and Christmas.

You must try Goofy's - the make-your-own treats are amazing! They used to be a snack credit but not anymore, but are so worth the $!! I think you can use snack credits on the pre-made ones, but I wanted them done "my way"!

Thanks Heather! Trex was fun - I can't think of any kid not liking it (unless they are afraid of loud noises). I'm in love with the Poly, too! So fun!
I'm lovin your trip report so far and can't wait to hear more. The t-rex restaurant sure looked like fun and your view from your room is amazing. Lol if I had a room with a view like that I don't know if I'd ever make the parks. Your kiddos are absolutely adorable

I LOVE the view from your room. And thanks for sharing the photos from T-rex my 4 y/o is excited to go there when we visit for Thanksgiving. Cant wait to read and see more from your trip.

I too am hoping to go to DTD.....how long did the actual time on the bus take you?

The bus took about 15 minutes to show up and about a 10 minute ride, I'm guessing. Of course we should have stayed on it and gotten off at the 2nd stop so that we would have been right by Trex...oh well, live and learn, right?

I'm joining in! I love the reveal. Too cute that it took the kids a moment to get it. I just love the Poly! Sounds like a great first day. We ate at T-rex twice now and like it. You can spend a pretty penny in that gift shop for sure. The candle on a plate it just too weird. Yay, for getting your room request. Your view is just gorgeous!!

But it was way better!! I'm glad we escaped the Trex gift shop!! It was a close one!
