A Short School Week.

Hi. How many schools have a short week this next week? DD 14 has Easter Monday off, then off again on Friday 13. We live so close to Port Dover that our Board of Education decided to make it a PA day.

We are in Guelph and the kids have Monday off - me too Our PD day this month is in April - they scrapped early dismissal days that we had (thank goodness) and did a few more PD days instead so the April PD day is the last of those PD days I think.

I live in Waterloo. Our kids had this past Thursday off and will be off on Monday, so they had a nice 5 day weekend. My DS is in High School so he only gets Monday off, still a nice 4 day weekend. I wish our school board would do away with those 1/2 day, however we still have them.
