Hello all,

I visited these two resorts recently and I still love them. I was staying at POP, but I visited all the resorts at WDW. I spent some time walking around and talking to CMs and guests. Here are some observations about YC/BC.

The pool area is the best pool area at WDW, hands down. You could spend days here. There is a sand-bottom pool, lazy river and an awesome slide. It is situated between the two resorts.

The Yacht Club has a more formal feel to it and is closer to the boat launch (the boats go to the Studios, EPCOT, the Boardwalk and Swan & Dolphin). The Beach Club is closer to EPCOT.

I took the boat around and I must say that it is better to walk! The waiting area for the boat is in the sun and the boat does not have a/c. It was so warm and stuffy inside! The boat ride from EPCOT to the Studios is about 20 minutes.

Both resorts are beautiful and definitely scream DELUXE!

Thanks for taking the time to post your review. I noticed you visited many resorts on your last trip and have lots of these mini-reviews. How kind of you to share your impressions :goodvibes .
I am reading them all, but not responding to each one, keep them coming :) .

Thanks, familys! I am glad my reviews are helpful!

I spent three days touring all the resorts (and eating, too--Boma, Spoodles and Narcoossees). I spent about an hour at each resort and I visited EVERY one (except for Swan and Dolphin).

I had S&W planned for Day 4 before my plane left, but I was soooooooo tired. I guess I walked so much the previous days that my legs couldn't move. I got out of the car at the Dolphin and every step I took was painful. I got back in the car and said to myself "next trip!"

I said in one post that my goal now is to STAY at all of the resorts. Oh, and to visit all of the Disney parks around the world and sail on all the Disney ships. (Although my next trip in November won't get me any closer to my goal, but we staying off site because my aunt gave us her week. Who can pass up free?:confused3 )

You are so lucky having a visit to look forward to soon. Free is always good :goodvibes .
Your trip sounds like it was so much fun! Staying at all the resorts is way out of our budget, but I can dream :cloud9: .

Staying at all the resorts (and the rest of my plan) is way out of my budget, too. But it sure will be fun trying!:cool1:

I figure I am pushing 40:eek: and I probably have another 40-50 years left, so I have some time. ;)
