A refillable mug Q that may not have an answer

I'm in CA now. I will be going to USH some time during my trip. I brought a USF refillable mug--a Spongebob one--with me.

I wonder: Will I be able to use the USF mug in USH for the discounted refill price??

Has it cooled down in Cali? It was scorching when we were there two weeks ago!

From what I was told, this weekend is insanely hot.

I find it Not Bad, because I'm so used to 90+ heat and high (75-100+%) humidity.
