I sent for a Quote on a reservation early yesterday......How long does it take for them to get back to you?........their website says we will get back to you shortly.......Thanks Bob

I think they got back to me within 24 hours. If you feel they've taken too long, send them an E-Mail or request another quote.

My experience has always been excellent- I think my first quote came back in 24 hours and my second- just done two weeks ago- came back in three hours on a Saturday.

I have many positive things to say about DU. I really enjoyed having their help with planning.

One of my quotes took longer than 24 hours but not b/c of DU! All three of the rooms I wanted were unavailable for the time I wanted to stay. My agent kept me updated of the problem but within 2 days had my first choice room. So far we have had a very positive experience with DU!
