Anyone knows how many points do you need to stay at the Grand Californian. And what is the cost of trade ...aprox?

The number of points required depends on the view nd the season. You'll need to be a little more specific to get a good answer.

As an example, a standard view room in mid-summer 2005 is 49 points per night. A Conceirge room (CA Theme Park view) is 88 points per night during the same time and there are several options in between.

There is no additional charge beyond the points to trade your points for one of the resorts in The Disney Collection.

This year, the first 2 nights would have been 54 and the last 2 woul dhave been 39. They have not yet released the 2006 points yet. From what I hear, that ususally happens around July.
