What surprised me was that they did it just outside the terminal building, on a walkway before you get on the ship. But they did have two photographers and two of the backgrounds set up to make it move faster.
Yes, they did...using the same background as in Port Canaveral. However, they also had another portrait session at the terminal building (before the actual embarkation) with different Disney characters in "sailor" dress, with a picture of the ship as the background. So, if you're getting bored waiting you can line up for these.
