Please bear with me I am new at this. I am in the process of buy a resale with a March UY. Fully loaded contract, all 2017 points, 2018 and 2019 points. I would like to plan a trip in June 2018(if I make it through ROFR). So when can I use my 2018 and 2019 points. I understand I and bank my 2017 pointsbut I may need my 2018 and some 2019 points to book at my 11 month mark at my home resort. Any insight would be great. Thank you.

Your June vacation is in your 2018 UY so you would use banked 2017, 2018, and borrowed 2019 points. You have to have points available for the dates of your stay, not for the date when you make the reservation.

Not to nitpick, but I think you are misunderstanding the term "fully loaded". The term "fully loaded" refers to a contract that has the maximum amount of banked, current, and future points. In your case a fully loaded contract would also have 2016 points banked in to the 2017 UY. As for your question, I think Bill answered it pretty clearly. Good luck with your purchase! :)

Not nitpicking at all I appreciate any information I can get. I did misunderstand the term fully loaded until you explained it. Thank you
