Shelly, I just caught up some more on your TR - 50 pages!!! I love this picture - except it makes me very jealous. (OK, that's green as in jealous, not that you make me sick LOL) I see you have your antibacterial wipes ready to go! I wouldn't worry about the weather too much. I just can't imagine it would be that hot in November.

You have probably already mentioned this, but have you requested any particular area or building At POR or OKW? And are you bringing anything special for your toiletries, since POR doesn't have the storage space that CBR does?

Now, sorry to sound dumb, but what exactly is a Tastefully Simple party? I know I would love to be there, because the food sounds yummy! Is it a demonstration and sale of cooking supplies? I hope it's a big success.

Yep, I got my anti-bacterial wipes all ready to go. Not that I expect it to do any good, but it will make me feel better anyway! I will wipe down the room before we unpack. But there are going to be flu germs everywhere - the airplane, the parks, the restaurants, etc. . .

I have requested the AB section of POR. I just like the looks of it better than the Mansions. Plus the AB rooms have a trundle bed. So we'll see what we get. . .

Morning Shelley,
I love your wall of Disney. We have one too but my frames are empty ... yep behind on my scrapbooking and my photo frames! I thought if I hung them it would get me in gear to get the photos printed - that is the problem with dgital photos, before with film you had to get your photos printed!

Hope you get some more packing and organizing done this weekend! Before you know it you'll be in WDW

My party went well. I did have a few people cancel on me at the last minute because of being sick or having sick kids. But all in all the party went pretty good. I had over $300 in sales and one booking. So I got $35 in free products and one half price item!

So I started working on our Must-Do lists for Disney last night at soccer practice!

Swiss Family Treehouse ? (never done before, is it worth it?)

Swiss Family Treehouse was always a favorite of mine when I was little, so I make my family go...they all like it! We rented the movie, which is a bit dated but still fun, and that makes the Treehouse more interesting. I also second Tom Sawyer Island.

She needs to plan ANOTHER trip for January!

Hello Shelley, Yes I got all my ADR's - my story is posted on the Jan 2010 board. Rather than hijakc your thread. The gang over there are quite encouraging for a TR. I have always wants to do a PTR and TR. I think I need to get a photobucket or like account as well as learn the trick of creating links .

I forgot to add - your party sounded delish! I am glad you had some buyers and a booking. Less than 2 weeks now for you - we'll need to see an update on the packing

Thanks! Yep, you can't beat free food!! We are actually about to eat a weeks worth of free food at Disney very soon!!

Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! We only have one more weekend before Disney!!!!

We had a good day at soccer yesterday. It was about 60 degrees. Still a little chilly for the parents, but the perfect temp for the kids playing. Much warmer than the last 3 Sundays! DS10 had an away game. They lost but still had fun. He has one more away game next Sunday, so we are hoping to pull out one more win this season (we've only had 2). DS8's team won their game! It was their last game. He scored 2 goals!! They won all but one game this season. The team presented DH with a card after the game to thank him for coaching, with a very generous monetary gift. We were very surprised. He usually gets a coaches mug or something like that! So we went to dinner after the game and he still has some spending money left for Disney!!

I can't believe when I started this PTR it was the first week of soccer and now it's nearly over and we only have 12 DAYS until Disney!!!

We have plenty going on here this week to keep us busy and help the time go by faster. DS10 still has 3 soccer practices left. There is trick or treat at the downtown stores in our little town Tuesday night, and then at the mall Thursday night, the grocery store Friday night, and the regular trick or treat is on Saturday of course. We are supposed to do that with our neighbors and then get pizza afterwards. Not sure if we will hit all of the Halloween festivities, we will have to see how the weather holds up. I haven't looked at the forecast yet. Too afraid! Oh and DS10 has a birthday party to go to also!

I highlighted and cut my hair this morning. For those of you who don't know, I used to be a hairstylist. Although I haven't done it for a living for many many years it still saves us a bunch of money since I usually do my own hair and I always cut DH and the kids hair. They will all be getting their Disney haircuts this coming weekend.

Not much else going on around here yet today. Just getting caught up on all the laundry from the weekend.

Cut or trim? I want pics!! I think it's great you can do your own...Lord knows I would if I could!!! That stuff is getting outrageous!!! Thankfully the girl I am using now is reasonable...and she is so sweet to the kids! That's a +!! I know you are soooo ready to go!!! School & soccer will help pass the time! We are having crazy weather here...it's rained a lot the last week.....weekend was perfect....now it's pouring again....ALL week is forecasted too....Not sure what the forecast is for halloween...just kinda cooler than what we normally have!!

Just a trim! Nothing major. If I am getting a lot cut off I will go to the girl I used to work for. It is nice to be able to do the highlights myself, that probably saved me at least $40-$50! It turned out okay. Now we'll see if DH notices. . . .

Glad you had some nice weekend weather! I broke down and checked our forecast. . .looks like it will be nice on Tues & Thurs but rain the rest of the week and into next weekend.

Yes, I will be perfectly happy with temps right around 80, even in the 70's would be great! I suppose we will have to bring the jackets for the nights we will be out past dark, I'm sure it will cool off fast. Although 62 is pretty dang warm to us this time of year! Actually I think that's our high for today!

I know, I think sometimes Disney gets carried away with the air conditioning. Especially on the buses.
