A Pre Thanksgiving/Christmas Vacation, Our First Split Stay & Our 5th Trip to Disney!

If you really don't mind missing out on some of the antics (I didn't tell my family about them before going.), then it wouldn't matter where you sat at Whispering Canyon. Hunter was still able to partake in the whole "I need ketchup!" fun even though we were sitting in the outside seating area. When we were leaving, we had to walk back through the main seating area and it was super busy and crowded.

DH and I wouldn't mind missing out on some of the antics. But I'm sure the kids will want to be right in the middle of things, they are not the least bit shy!

Kinda not worth the co-pay!!

I hope you guys like WCC. We love it! The first time we were in the second dining room. We got to be a part of MOST everything, but this really snooty lady sat next to us who obviously wasn't there for the atmosphere. She kept giving my kids dirty looks and scooting her chair as if they'd give her cooties! She SO didn't have the Disney magic! This last time we were smack-dab in the middle of the dining room and it was a blast. My kids don't want to get up to participate, but they love getting the ketchup and crayons and just being in the excitement! It's total silly/corny, but fun. And we're huge skillet fans except for the beans. They're icky. I got some sort of tropical smoothie and it was INCREDIBLE and Drew liked his chocolate shake! And the kaluha chocolate cake is TOO DIE FOR! I hope you like it! Can't wait to hear how it goes!

Exactly what I was thinking. $25 for them to tell me to give him lots to drink. . .

Okay, you guys have talked me into liking WCC already!!

I'm all caught up again......I don't know how I fall so many pages behind in only a few days. Oh well, I'm the one who has to balance 3 bank statements in 1 day because I've fallen behind.

I love the Halloween pics! Your DS10 really likes to ham it up for the camera. You need to get that boy in some theatre classes!

The weather looks awesome for your trip - the type of weather I would love to have year-round. I hope the forecast holds.

Hello!

Just got back from the book fair at the school. Done with that until 8:00am tomorrow!

Stopped at Burger King on the way home and picked up some lunch. I had a salad for lunch yesterday, so that makes it okay, right?!

I have been up since I don't know when. Maybe around 4:30 this morning. I have been waking up very early since the time change. I'm falling asleep easily (which is different for me) but I seem to be waking up super early and not being able to get back to sleep. Plus I could hear DS10 tossing and turning in his room all morning. When I went in to get him up for school he sat right up (he usually doesn't). I said - how come you've been up all morning? He said he didn't know. And I asked him if he was too excited to sleep and he said yes!
