hey Shelly...how long did it take you to get the maps this time? I have the old ones...got 'em out today and let the kids look through them....we want the new ones too!!!

I wonder if they do LGMHs at Disneyland Paris...probably not, no Home Depots! I brought a few with me, though I'm still bummed that I didn't see a single one (besides my own!) at WDW in January!

I can't believe you didn't see any Disers in January either. I sure was on the look-out for you. I thought the boys would have fun if we met up!

Luggage is out and ready!! I realized that the address labels on the Disney tags were wrong (since we moved this summer), so I just spend about 20-30 minutes fixing those. Those things are a real pain to take off and put back on!

I am kind of surprised that I haven't received my ME booklet & new tags yet. . . Usually they come shortly after the 45 day mark. Plus I am reading another PTR and they are arriving on the 9th (2 days after us) and the got their ME stuff today. . .

If you don't get it soon, you'll have to call. We never got ours in the mail for Mark for our trip last year. B'C they still had his address in the computer listed as the one in Cranberry- and I called about ten times, asking for the documents.
Actually, it was quite funny- on the day before we were leaving, we came back to the room to find he had gotten "Mail". Yep- all his documents. Not that we needed them at that point.
But you need the ME stuff-- so don't wait too long. I think they told me they have to have at least 30 days for it to be procesed or something like that.

Why the heck would you start so soon??????? Come over to the dark side. We have the excitement of running around crazily at the last minute. It makes for an interesting start to your vacation.

I never thought of that JO. They seem to have the address straightened out. I did received 3 invoices in one week and they all came here. So hopefully that's not the case. Not that I would be surprised if it was. They still can't get the phone number changed!

I guess I will have to call Disney AGAIN if my ME stuff doesn't come soon.

Hi Shelly! I followed your last TR, and your story about surprising your boys on Christmas! I absolutely love reading about your Disney adventures! I am so excited for you that you will be going in November...although I am a bit jealous because we have to wait until the very end of December! We are surprising DD18, DD16, and DD8 with that trip on Christmas day! Can't wait to read more of your PTR! I have to go catch up!

I'll say it loud and proud: I'm a procrastinator! There is just no way I can pack even a week early. I need all that stuff! My DH and I always have and probably always will pack the day before a trip. Now, I do start a Disney bin well ahead of time and throw little things in there as I buy them (travel items, Disney lanyards, etc). I have an amazing packing list and once I start crossing things off of it, I can't stop, so....I just pack all at once.
