A Playdate in Disney World: BFF Kids Reunion, and an encounter with SWW

Just returned from a Memorial Day weekend trip.

Our trip included meeting up with my kids best friends who had moved away from our hometown a year ago.

Trip report will include:
Background of the trip (brief and including cast of characters)
Epcot day with just my family and special time in Germany

In January my DH and I talked about going to SWW. My DS age 6 loves SW and our two girls also like it.

We booked two rooms with one of the discounts at POP and I continued to search for the best price for our trip. I also began to plan in earnest our trip. In March we changed our reservation to the Disney Visa Kids eat and play free special. We put all the kids in one room and had another room with a room only discount (which I later addded tickets and dining to.)

Our Plan
Wed: MK with Narcoosees Dinner
Thursday: Epcot -- Dinner at Biergarten
Friday: HS and SWW -- Sci Fi Lunch
Saturday: late start and evening at Epcot -- lunch at Le Cellier
Sunday: MK - Hoop Dinner
Monday: MK and then fly out

All the plans were set including a lunch at Le Cellier and Dinner at Narcoosees. But our plans changed in April when my kids best friends decided thier family could indeed come to SWW too! While I was very excited, I also groaned loudly! Starting from scratch 7 weeks before travel is just not my style. Still, my kids love thier friends and we hadn't seen them for many months so I joyfully began making alternate plans.

The New Plan
Wed: Epcot
Thursday: MK (EMH Morning) meet friends at mid day, more MK
AK for GG Safari and dinner at Tusker House
Friday: SWW and lunch at Sci Fi
Saturday: Epcot -- Garden Grill
Sunday: MK (goodbye to friends at mid day) -- Crystal Palace Breakfast
Monday: MK

This plan changed during the course of the trip...I'll explain as we go. May skip ahead to SWW in hopes of helping someone going for one of the final 2 weekends.
