Yes, it gives me something to do while my husband is napping or still sleeping! No problem, I enjoy it!

I wonder if it's hotter there than Disneyworld in september ? When we go in the really hot weather we take afternoon breaks usually at the Poly pool. Sounds like your having a good time. I love the pictures of Haunted Mansion, it looks really pretty and different from DW haunted mansion. Nice pictures of ice cream, now I'm dying for some and I need to lose 10 lbs. leftover from DS LOL. You don't need to be on a diet BTW, your weight is fine. I used to shop at the outlets on the circle too sometimes, mostly at Carters though .

It's definitely hot here! While it doesn't feel as warm at 100 as it would on the east coast somehow the sun feels stronger. It's strange and kind of scary at the same time. I was honestly concerned I was going to have a stroke yesterday. I had one as a kid and it was NOT fun. My mother also suffered a really bad one when she was my age so I'm just being extra careful.

We are having a wonderful time. The Haunted Mansion was amazing, very different than at Disnehyworld, but I'll describe that all in my more detailed TR!

Thanks so much. The Tigger Tail was great. Jay had some sort of peanut butter graham cracker chocolate covered thing which was also fabulous. We loved all of Critter Country- soo cute!

Thoese pb things are wonderful. *drools* Oooooh, you got to see the new Haunted Mansion stuff in DL - I love the attic scene there. So, did you cry during the fireworks? Because I totally always do. When are you doing Blue Bayou?

The heat wave seems to be a whole western thing. It is high 80's here now, which is above the norm, especially since it is known to randomly snow during May here.

I hope the temps are dropping a bit for you guys! You both look so happy (other then a few pictures of Jeremy...is he about to have heat storke!? He does not look pleased in front of the Haunted Mansion ).

CONGRATS!!! I'm so happy for you and I cannot WAIT to hear the details and see the purty pictures. I also can't wait for your description of the parks. I went to Disneyland about six years ago but I can't remember much detail about the rides, so I look forward to your "compare and contrast" with WDW.

Hi everyone, just checking in and giving a brief summary,

Disneyland was really fun. It isn't Disneyworld but that doesn't take away from it's charm. Some things are even nicer.

For one, Pirates of the Caribbean rocks here . It's way longer and it goes through two drops and leads you into a cave with tons of waterfalls- really beautiful.

-Space Mountain has been updated here and it's unbelievable. It's way faster and the stars, etc look much more realistic. Plus it's nice to be able to sit next to my husband!

-I really love all the rides at Fantasyland that are missing in Magic Kingdom. Alice in Wonderland, Pinocchio, Mr. Toad and Roger Rabbit were all super fun!

-The fireworks and especially parade here are MUCH better

Other than those things I would say Disneyworld is a better experience overall!

So here we are in Las Vegas. We've been having a great time but we don't have free internet so we haven't been logging on as much.

Can anyone please tell me who to contact to move me to live trip reports instead of pre-trip reports?

The photographer from the wedding put the preliminary photographs on a website so I have those, although I'll have the better ones to share with you once we get home. Until then, I hope these suffice!
