a party/monorail question, but not the usual ones..

well i dont think they are..

1) monorails limited for halloween, is it gonna be the same for the xmas ones?

2)hundreds waiting for buses or ferrys..is it impossible to get to parking on foot???

(our mvmcp is on the 13th of december if that matters and i'd rather not bail at 8pm just to get the monorail..we'll have 3 kids with us...)

2. It's not possible to get to the MK parking lot (TTC) on foot. It's separated from the MK entrance by Seven Seas Lagoon, so you either have to take the ferry across or the monorail around. If it's the same as the Halloween parties, the monorail will be running until 10:30.

It's also worth noting that I didn't have any problems after MNSSHP with the crowds after park closing. We ended up just taking a seat outside Casey's for about 30/45min to rest our feet, people watch, relax, and let the parks clear out. When we finally made our way out the gate, the mass of people waiting for the ferry were gone.


Just like when the Monorail was running after park close, if you can sit around and relax instead of needing to rush to your car, You can have a relaxing trip back.

thanks dctootall.....thats great to hear......kinda weird that if monorail is down...there is no way to get there on foot...we've been there but im so excited all i see is castle and follow dh around!

Considering it's over a mile hike from the MK to the TTC, I honestly wouldn't be in the mood to walk if after spending all day at the park even if there was a sidewalk for pedestrians.

Seven Seas Lagoon is simply too big for walking around it to get to the parking lot to be feasible.
