Well, I've been watching since coming off TOM to see what happens. Well, I've lost 5.5 pounds in 2 days. I've always thought it was 3 to 5, but it looks like it may be even more. Just thought I'd share,a sI know we have discussed this many times. It really is important to track how you fluctuate during the month, so you don't get too upset if you gain.

I'm a tracker. I keep a log in a yearly calendar (small black book). I mark the day I get TOM. I log my exercise in there as well as what I weight in the morning and after work. I also put what my official WW weigh in is week.

This gives me a pretty good idea of how I fluctuate month to month and can go back and see how I did in other months.

Last month I got my TOM on Sunday night so by the time I got home and went to WW's that Monday night my weight was up from the water gain. I was so made too because I had such a good week and I had even fit into my Levi's I haven't worn since last Summer. I knew I lost but my WI still showed me gaining. By logging my weights I could see that my weight was down the morning before. It was just water.
