Ugh, I'm so not into all this magic band and fast pass plus crap, like, seriously. I do not accept. I also don't really like the bands, they're super bulky and it's something that everyone in my party is going to be wearing during EVERY picture we take?! I don't think so, that's going in my bag and not coming out til I need it. I dunno, I'm not super excited!

Day 6-> Monday September 16​

Good morning everyone!! Guess what today is?! Today is the day that we actually do things normally!! Aahahha. We’ll get up right around the regular time of 8:00am…ish. I personally won’t be eating a whole lot for breakfast even if Mom and Anne want to go down to the food court I’ll just grab a coffee. Why, you may ask? Because I really want to snack my way around the world in a bit, and my stomach needs room for that!! Obviously, we’re headed to the last park we have yet to visit, Epcot!



Today’s also a day that we have the full day in the park with another Disboard member, Courtney!! So there’s a pretty high chance we’ll be hanging out a bit while we journey through the park today!



Naturally we’ll be headed straight over to Soarin first thing, and most likely ride it standby!



I’ll probably send Mom and Anne onto Livin in the Land next while I run across the hub to grab some Test Track fast passes, as Mom hasn’t been on it!



I just wasn’t a huge fan of the new test track, and I find that the whole “design your own car” thing slows the line down so much and I was just bored of it. HOWEVER, I’ll give it a second chance! After grabbing the fast passes I’ll meet back up with Mom and Anne before we go adventuring through the Seas!



And of course since we’re on that side of the park, we should probably check out what our Imaginations have in store this morning!



After a brief check if there are any characters out in training today, we’ll pop on over to use those fast passes! If they aren’t ready yet, I’ll suggest grabbing breakfast/a snack at Sunshine Seasons, as I REALLY want to try the croissant bread pudding they have!



Spaceship Earth will probably be ridden, and then we’ll adventure into World Showcase, and we’ll be starting in our home country, Canada and making our way through the showcase that way. There isn’t much that I want in terms of snacks or drinks on this side though, but I’ll still peek around to see the new bakery in France, and of course, we won’t be long without one of these babies!



YUM! There’s also a super nice fountain in France that I’m hoping there will be a photopass person out at so we can get some nice shots! If not, I guess we’ll come back later!

Eventually we’ll have made our way over to Italy, and it might be around 2:00pm, who knows?! If it’s anywhere past 1, I’ll see about checking us in early for our lunch ADR!



Congrats to Courtney, Mel, Rob, Shannon and Ariana for earning another point in the ADR game! I was originally choosing between this and Teppan Edo, but when I was making ADR’s, Kim said she had a shellfish allergy, so we’d be better off steering clear of anything involving that, so I chose Italy instead! Now Kim won’t be there, but hey, we’ll still get delicious food!



My guess is I’ll have the margarita pizza (I know that’s not the right spelling, lawl) and probably a sangria but who knows what I’ll actually end up with?! I am super excited about this meal, and here’s hoping we’ve got a super cute waiter…. Heehee.

With lunch over we’ll continue through World Showcase, and this is where the most of the snacking and drinking will occur with me…I mean, I just ate lunch, makes sense, right? This of course all depends on time, we might do this before lunch, then circle back/take the boat over!



What goes better with goodies than a nice cold German beer!? (and a cute CM we may have found?)



I’m also going to be taking a stop for School Bread, as the last time I tried this it just wasn’t good to me, I think it was stale or something, who knows, but I want to try it again!



I mean, just look at it?!

Then with Mexico of course will come Margaritas!! And trying on RIDICULOUS HATS!! That’s what Disney’s all about, right?





Throughout the course of World Showcase there are some things that I do actually want to make sure we accomplish, first, to get us into the air conditioning during the hot afternoon, and secondly, to do some new things! Those being the Canada, France and China movies! I’ve only seen the Canada one once and it was pretty cool, so I’d like to see the other ones!

And since I’m 6, and need to keep occupied in World Showcase, I may wander off and meet characters alone, or Mom and Anne could join! Those I MUST do will be:

-Belle, Snow, Mulan and Alice. I probably won’t get to them anywhere else, as their schedule’s are limited, and I’m planning on Disneybonding as Snow today! That, AND the friend of Snow’s who’s usually out in Epcot remembered me between trips last time!






Epcot days vary a lot for me on whether I end up spending all day looking at stuff, taking pictures, actually doing the movies and all the character meets or not. It also depends who I’m with, BUT, there may be a little break after lunch for us, there may not. I would also really like to take Mom over to see Yacht/Beach Club as they’re so pretty, and we could get an afternoon snack at Beaches and Cream!?

Illuminations will of course be happening that evening, and then it will be off to bed!

I did a pick-a-pearl last time and I'm so glad I did! I just got a regular-ish pearl, but I had it set into a necklace and I still love it and wear it five years later It's a BIT expensive, but not really that bad since buying a similar necklace at home would be about the same price.

Also, our Epcot days sound a lot alike. I think it's the one day where we both say 'and we may or may not take an afternoon break'. As opposed to every other park where we definitely do.

Epcot is the one park where I really like meeting characters, it seems a lot less busy than MK.

And I have an ADR guess this time: Crystal Palace!

We didn't see ANY photopass people in the WS in January because it was rainy all day (I'm assuming? ) so I really hope we see some this time!!

Also, we've never been in the Imagination pavilion Partially because I just can't wrap my mind around where in Future World it is. So we've never done Figment or Captain EO which are both on my list as things we've never seen but also, I read somewhere (I think it was instagram actually so this may or may not be true) that the Imagination pavilion is closing in 2014 so it is my mission to make it there this trip!

Hey friends!

I've decided to deviate from my plan of posting only on Fridays since I have so much to say and only one month left til we LEEEAAAVVVEEE!! And I'm getting more and more excited!

That...and I can't even be on tumblr today..it's been taken over by the Dr Who fandom, which is totally understandable as twelve has been announced today. And since I don't watch Dr Who, I don't realy know what's going on... but bow ties are cool...

ANYWAY

I started packing yesterday!! It was all the Disney stuff I leave packed, pins, ears, autograph books, and all my Disneybounding outfits!

My Disneybounds for this trip are:

-Minnie Mouse! For at Chef Mickeys!
-Rapunzel for MK day
-FOTLK Bird [improved version] for AK day 1
-I have a ouat Regina Bow for our DHS day
-An AK bow and top for AK day two
-Snow White for Epcot
-Gaston for MK day two
-Ariel for our last day

SO MUCH DISNEYBOUNDING!! But everything was on sale and I bought so much stuff for cheap! Yay end of summer sales! I also spent quite a bit of time on Etsy these last few days:

Those are all my hair bows! They all go along with my Disneybounds and such! I also bought some blue and yellow hair feather extension things for the bird!!

I ALSO recently aquired a NEW Tink costume! A cosplayer was making one for a customer and didn't like how it was turning out and somehow forgot to put the boneing in, so she was selling it for super cheap! It also happened to be perfectly in my measurements! Needless to say, it's on it's way to me right now! Yay! And it's park quality Tink! YAAY

I've talked to Mom a lot these past few weeks and we're both getting SUPER excited! She did tell me that she had bought not an Ipad, but another kind of tablet, and I went:

K: You're not going to take pictures with it....are you?

Mom: Well I was going to bring it for videoing..

K: don't be one of those people...

Mom: I don't want my camera to die otherwise!

*sigh*

But hey, to each their own! We also talked about the KTTK tour and when I told her we got to go down into the tunnels, she freaked! She said she didn't think they'd let people down there! She's also REALLY excited for the Move It Shake It and hopes that she gets to dance with a character again. It was one of her favorite moments and mine too, so hopefully we can recreate it!

The new job is going great! They're understaffed right now so I've been expo ing and running food all week but the manager's been giving me "tips" anyways and next week I'll start in a section! Yay!
