2lb off for me this weekNearly at my next half stone mark, just 2.5 to go. Hope I get this over the next couple of weeks.

Well done everyoneA pound off for me this week. I've got 8.5 to get to the target but a few people are saying that I shouldn't lose anymore....I'm not entirely happy though. I've checked my weight against the NHS height/weight chart and I'm just at the top of the 'healthy weight' range. I've also checked my BMI and again, just inside the healthy range, 24.92 - so I think I have a wee bit to go yet. I'm 5ft 5in and a size 12 for the first time in years. What target everyone else working to?
