A new Hotel choice is about to open - Country Inn & Suites

I knew I'd forgotten something in my response. It was in regards to having to call etc and it taking all day to find out fees?

google CI&S, go to website. Clicked to check for reservations of the date automatically there. Clicked to book first I saw. And right there in bold is the resort fee ("Hotel Alerts
DAILY RESORT FEE OF $11 + TAX IS APPLICABLE UPON CHECK IN."). So maybe I got fooled but it was only for a minute. Except that I wasn't fooled, because if I'm booking in a tourist area, I know that a resort fee is possible.

We've been traveling a decent amount since 2005, and I've never had to phone a resort, let alone have it take all day, to find out a resort fee.


Just got back from a long trip including time in San Juan...resort fee of 18% there, that's fun!

Hmmm. They have no rooms that accommodate five adults. It's a shame that more hotels can't have at least a few rooms for families larger than four. Don't know if they have rollaways available, but really rollaways are usually not very comfortable!!

Agree!! This seems so odd in a hotel right by DL- no rooms for more than 4. As a family of 5 we struggle with this issue often but I would think a new hotel near DL would have better family options, especially one with "Suites" (but their only suite configuration appears to be King bed plus couch pullout. Ick). We have stayed at other CI&S (including the one in Port Canaveral mentioned above) and they had better room options/types than this one seems to.
