I am pretty sure they aren't serving up giraffe. KSC has the dine with an astronaut option. WDW aslo has dine with an imagineer. I think this is a great option for people who are interested in getting some time in what an animal specialist does, their qualifications, daily routine etc. Sure zoos and WDW have behind the scene tours but this is just another choice for people. I think it sounds like a fun idea my son would probably love talking to an animal specialist. He is a picky eater so maybe not so much the food.

This is not really a new program; it is a modified revival of a former program.

This used to be available at Jiko in the Wine Room and it was once a week. Although it was popular, it was not continued because of the need to have the kitchen available for lunch for only about a dozen people.

It may work better at Sanaa as the kitchen is open at lunchtime.
