I'm trying to find a place to collect my thoughts, to stand up and be accountable. I have joined other boards before, and it didnt stick, and now I'm too embarrassed to even post on those boards!
I made it to two miles yesterday. I know I need a shot in my heel, the pain is intense, and I couldnt go to work today. I eat less when I work, of course I bring my lunch and snacks and stay out of the teacher's lounge!
My goals for this week is drink 100 oz of water.
Walk 2 miles every day
Strength training every other day
Eat less, eat healthier.
Take my vitamins!
Only get on the scale once a day (and then slowly down till once a week)
Be accountable for my choices.
Long Term
Be happier,
walk further without tiring out!
To exercise without complaint, or boredom!!
Not to crave carbs, or soda!
Button my jeans and bend over!
To not step on the scale!
To lose 2# a week in a healthy manner, to not quit when I dont lose an unrealistic 5# a week! Its insane to want to see the scale go down quickly, knowing how long it took to creep up, it takes twice as long to creep down.. and to be ok with that, not to give up just because the scale, and my clothes arent cooperating, I'm not cooperating. To take one day at a time, and move forward!!
