A new bank "scam".... just saw it on the news.

I just left an "empty" one behind at a store yesterday. My purchase amount was over the $50 on the card so I paid the total down to $50 and then used the card. The cashier said he's been able to run the card first even if the total is over the balance on the card. That didn't sound right to me, but maybe it could actually happen. Hopefully nothing else was "charged" to that card.

Thats WHY everything made of paper or plastic that has my name on it or has been used to buy something goes into the shredder.
