I understand the level of frustration being felt on the boards right now about the time issues. And the chronic lateness that seems to have run amuck.

I will take this opportunity to reiterate the fact that people rely on these swaps to complete or even start books. Not me of course, I just collect the stuff but still......

Please keep in mind the due dates and the amount of work involved in these swaps before you sign up. Also please keep in mind the amount of groups you sign up for as well. If a swap is extremely popular then we can revisit it again, it's not a one time only, limited edition kind of thing. That is why we have the calendar. (which will have an overhaul at the end of the year) I would much rather have 3 or 4 of the same swap on a smaller scale then have 1 mega swap.

We want you to swap, we want you to be creative!!! We want you to share and show Martha Stewart just how unfrumpy we really are!

So please, heed my words!!!

I am usually one of the first people to say "go ahead, wait".

Most of the time I am just collecting too.

But the one swap that I did have plans for is time critical. If I don't get them in time, I can't do what I planned. If I hadn't promised my boys, I would just make a new plan. But I did promise and they are the world to me.

So I hope you understand and will forgive me for not showing restraint or patience on one swap.

Would just hate if you all didn't want to swap with me because I got antsy pants one time.

I'm in a similar pickle with the same one. Plans with DS for certain things in that swap. I am usually not in a rush at all - as a matter of fact I've been combining multiples with hostesses to save postage and end up waiting a long time for returns at my own request.
