Our local news showed this story last night and this morning. The man that started it all is our local NBC reporter. I really enjoy all of his local stories (He travels around the Carolinas finding unique people, places, etc...the Carolina Traveler.), but this one is his best. He shared a story about the death of a soldier and his family. It has spread all over the world! He is getting contacts from overseas and all over our country!
He has launched this campaign to thank our American troops. I do not have a Facebook or Twitter page so I cannot do this, but I thought I would pass it on to the DISers that can participate. Read the story and pass it on. It is to happen at noon NC time today.

I saw this too on the news this morning. I'll be at work on noon with no access to FB but thought it was a wonderful idea.

A little early but since I can't post on my FB at noon--

Thank you to all how are currently in the military or have served in the past. Thank you to your families as well for the sacfricies they have made to insure we live in this great country.
