A moment of silence for my little Stitch head

Hi everyone!

We had a fantastic time at the CT trading meet yesterday. Cynthia, thanks as always for organizing it!

Sometime between dinner and our after-dinnner "continued trading," the little Stitch head from my opening day Disneyland Lilo and Stitch pin fell off. Those of you who have this pin know that the head is on a little spring, and I guess the performance pressure was just too much...the spring snapped and head and spring are nowhere to be found.

Ahh...such is life. So, a moment of silence please for my little Stitch had, and check your own Stitch heads for stability!

It'a amazing how easy some pins can break.
Someone sent me a very nice looking DL pin: Pin 10767: DCA - Disney's Electric Parade Snow White Diamond Mine (Annual Passholder Exclusive).
The packaging was fine, inside and out. The original plastic wrap had never even been opened.
Snow White had snapped off at the waist. A straight snap at the waist, not even following the v shape of her waist top/skirt separartion.
Very nice pin. But I think they just made her waist so small it can't take any pressure at all.
I returned it to them hoping they could get an exchange or refund.

Our Snow White AP pin snapped at the waist also. No pressure on it...same thing. It was sitting in the book and one day the top of Snow White was missing. I think there was a problem with that pin.

Gee, I send one of those pins to a Japanese trader and it broke at the waist also. I had another to send them and packed it very well. That one arrived fine. She returned the 1st one and got a refund at the DS.

it turns up...I KNOW its tiny...but maybe you'll get lucky...
