Sorry i'm just sat here feeling very sorry for myself! My toe woke me up at 4:30 this morning and been to the doctors only to be told not to go back to work yet and to be put on stronger tablets...i'm gutted

They've given me a new load of co-codemol, some anti-inflamatry and a tablet to prevent the side affects of the tablets! I'm meant to be going to Germany at the end of July, hoping i'm still going to be able too!

You still have 4 weeks yet,lets hope they all work.Have you taken co-codemol before? They can make some people including myself+my mum very sick+groggy,feel worse being on them.x.

Yes, i'm on them already, on 8 a day, luckily i'm okay on them. Also on ibrufen and they have made me feel quite ill, so coming off those.

Been told i can't use anything on it because of the stitches...think it is just a waiting game

Not sure if it helps you at all but just so you know, you can get arnica in tablet form. I have got them for after I give birth, they can help you heal from the inside out seemingly, a few friends swear by them.
