As already noted, you can come into MCO at differing times and still be able to access DME. Just be sure everyone has their own vouchers. They should all be together in your info packet. This may mean having to mail vouchers to various people if they aren't in the same household. But it will make things so much easier when they get to MCO. If they don't have their voucher, in hand, they will have to go to the DME counter, show ID, and get a new voucher printed up.
Then, as people arrive, they can go to the DME area, get checked in and head to the appropriate bus line. There is no need to wait until the entire group is there.
As far as travel back to MCO, on different days and at different times....that's okay as well. Just be sure that each person has made their specific times known to DME. This can be done either when booking, or you can do it upon resort checkin. Just be sure that DME is fully aware of the various departure times.....well in advance of departure. Do not leave this until the day before you want to leave!!
