Welcome Robin - I love the idea of the name tags- it will be nice to put names with faces. I hate to report that my work has suffered greatly today, as I keep looking for anything disney to look at. Have read the tip thread about 5 times and just keep looking for anything new. May try to read some trip reports from the 9/22 bunch. Well probably should go and at least put some effort into my desk

OK I'll make them today! I'm currently making her Disney cruise scrapbook and Disney pressed penny charm bracelet for pirate night. This cruise is going to be so much fun!!

The bracelet sounds awesome, my poor daughter doesn't have a crafty mom. But that's what etsy is for right, lol

Hey everyone! Will be joining you on this one- I actually just got off the 9/22 Inaugural...returning for this one...both are for "work." I was shooting segments for TV on the last one, will be broadcasting for my radio show on this one!

Taking mom with me...she and I are both "hard core" Disney fans. We just went to the Parks in Orlando for my bday in May!

Hope to meet and see everyone on board- maybe I'll put you on the radio in Houston!

You all are going to LOVE the ship, the crew and ALL the activities! I'm even making mom bring along a version of the "fish extender"...she is excited!

Just checking in! This is the fourth cruise for my DH & myself and the third for my DD and Dad. We are so excited. My DD is 9, so I am glad to hear there will be lots of other girls her age! Can't wait until Saturday

We love smushed pennies! Are they all Disney?
Did you drill a hole in them to put them on the bracelet?

There are not any machines on the ship. Here is a smashed penny bracelet from my oinboard. I have locations, display ideas, jewelry ideas, etc. pinned. Look at the penny carrying case (M&M candy cylinder) and finished penny container (Mentos candy container)

Last trip to WDW we went for the 100 Anniversary of Girl Scouts in Epcot. My daughter pressed pennies at every country. I added green beads (Girl Scouts), pearls ( founder Juliette Low sold hers to start GS), brown glass beads (she's a Brownie)

All you have to do is drill a hole, attach jump rings (little loops), add embellishments, etc. I bought the bracelet at Michaels and all of the supplies there as well!

I wish they had them on the ship. A nautical bracelet would be great!

Where will you be set up? According my family, I am a Texan who is great at making noise!

How fun to be broadcasting from the ship. My mom-in-law worked for a small radio station in Uvalde. We would "help" her while on vacations at the ranch in New Mexico.

She's 4 and would love it, thank you. I dropped out of the FE last month when I was told I had several work trips coming up, I didn't want to stress myself out at the last minute on a projects. I do have some gifts to give out though.

Does anyone know if there is a weight limit on luggage? We are driving so I don't have to worry about airline rules. But I am trying to cram all our stuff into the least amount of suitcases so we can drive our smaller car and save on gas. I looked at the FAQ thread but didn't see anything.

DD told me to get a dark color so of course I bought black and had them embroidered in red that say Disney Magic 2012 and then the DGG's name in the center in yellow they look fabulous. Bought the markers to have characters sign them. Bring them home yesterday and DD said. "Mom, those markers will not show up on black Pillow cases." Me - "Of course they will I bought light colors." Needless to say DD was right. But, I have decided I already have photo mats for characters to sign DGG's will just have to do without autographed pillow cases. Too close to the cruise to start fretting I am getting into relaxing mode.

TO all new posters don't forget the meet and greet at 2:30 in Studio Sea. Anxious to meet everyone.

I am pretty sure I have way too many bags packed......6 bags and 2 carry ons for my little family of 3. One bag is nothing but Diapers.....if someone would volunteer to potty train my 2 year old in 3 days I could eliminate one bag at least But seriously I think I need to reevaluate what I am bringing....although I am afraid if I do that I will just add to it See everyone in 3 days!!!!
