A lot of coming and going - QUESTIONS

In April/May we will be staying in a 2 bedroom villa (split between BWV and VWL). Six of us will arrive at check-in on a Wed, one more comes on Friday, another on Sat, one leaves on Monday, another arrives the same day.

Will the front desk frown upon all this coming and going? We will have nine people total, but only eight in the room at a time.

Should we just leave off the final name at check-in and just "pass the room key" to the newbie?

We will also need an airbed since we have a non-couple and they refuse to sleep together. Will there be enough room?

I don't think the front desk will frown on it at all. Just explain what you're doing.

They probably won't say a word, as long as you don't have 9 all at once.

I hope you guys all like each other, it could get a little ugly if that many people start getting on each others nerves, not to mention that you already have 2 who won't share.
