A Little Trouble with Pirates - Please Help

For the past few days I have not been able to get into the POTC Game Lobby. I have tried from different internet connections (DSL, Cable and Wireless) I have tried under different logins. I just can not seem to enter the room. I have also used advanced mode to make sure I was trying to enter a room that wasn't already over crowded. I have tried going from the adventureland menu and I've tried following a friend. I get the screen that shows the progresss and it goes about 1/8 of the way and stops. I first started seeing this a few days before slide a thon. I had no problems with the slide a thon wait or the vmk passes for it. I haven't had this problem with any other rooms in vmk yet. I also tried to install the current version of shockwave and it says I am up to date with that.

If anyone may have an idea of what the problem could be and help me fix it I would be greatly appreciative.

If I have posted this as a duplicate or in the wrong location I do apologize, please feel free to move it or refer me to prior posting.

I just really need to get back into Pirates to earn some credits before the new pin comes out this weekend THANKS!

that is really weird i have never had that happen to me. I wonder what could be wrong with it? I'm sorry to hear that.

I have had a problem where I would try to enter a certain room and have VMK crash and cause aol to close. This would go on for a long time, and eventually I would try entering the room and not have that problem. When it was one of the autopia rooms or rooms in the maze to Tom Sawyer Island I could work around it. When it was the pirate lobby I needed a way to fix the problem. I finally tried using Internet Explorer instead of just the aol browser, and haven't had the problem since.
If you have aol, I recommend trying to use IE or another browser. If you are using IE or some other browser, maybe try another one? That's all I can think of right now. I hope you can get back in pirates soon.

I've had the same problem where i try to go to the pirates lobby and the loading bar stops 1/8 of the way. i waited a week and it went away. hope that helps a little!

Thank you all for sharing our similar experiences. It's been about a week today. I just tried again and same thing
I am on IE, not aol. I'm not sure what else to try it on.
Does VMK have any technical support email or phone number I can try?
