A Little Sour, but a Lot of Fun:
Spring Break 2019 Dining Report
Spring Break 2019 Dining Report
Hello everyone!

Here we are:

Chad and I are pretty much the same. The winter has been long and dreary though and Asher brings home every imaginable preschool cold and virus, so we were ready to get our vitamin D on in the Florida sun for a week.

The Trip:
We spent 7 nights at the Holiday Inn- Disney Springs, which was a first for us. Chad accrued a pile of IHG points last year and we decided to give our DVC points a break from perpetual borrowing and stay somewhere with the IHG points. We chose the Holiday Inn for the close proximity to Disney Springs and the 60 FP+ and EMH benefits that were extended through this year. I thought it would be a good opportunity to try several of the DS restaurants that we’ve been neglecting, although I wasn’t excited about the hotel like I always am when we stay at Disney resorts.
We only did three park days because I was a little afraid of spring break crowds and we wanted a relaxing trip. We spent the rest of the time hanging out at various resorts, eating/drinking (of course), and doing some fun non-park activities. The weather ended up being a little too cool most days for pool time, which isn’t so bad because pool time with a 3 year old is really only fun in theory.
