A little quiet time...

Nothing against kids... but if you were looking for a place to have a nice, quiet meal without characters, or the hoopla of games being played to entertain children, what would be your choice for a nice, adult evening (if it matters, I'll probably be dining solo)

Depends on how much you want to spend

Citricos at Grand Floridian is quiet I've heard but not eaten here

Same goes for Artist Point at Wilderness Lodge

California Grill is very good but can be quite noisy from just the whole hustle bustle of this popular restuarant

Flying Fish at the Boardwalk again apart from normal popular restaurant buzz then it's quite quiet.

The Yachtsman very quiet - we had a lovely meal here

Spoodles is quite echoey and noisy but this one is a little more reasonable than the others I've mentioned and we still here each other's conversations it's just it has a high ceiling also depends on how busy the restaurant is.

There are no children's games or characters etc going on at these restaurants we travel just 2 adults and these are all fine for us.

Palio at the Swan is a nice, quiet place with great Italian food and service. The strolling musicians add a nice but not too noisy touch. Of course, any evening can get a bit noisy in a sit down, it depends on the crowds that day. If you like sushi I've heard Kimono's is also good.

Yachtsmans Steakhouse & Flying Fish are both wonderful. Cal Grill is very good but because of the openness can get noisy. So go early.

For Lunch: Kona's or GF Cafe
