A Little Fort Game (guess where these pics taken from 3D Fort Wilderness are from!!!)

A quick little game I came up with (hello btw, longtime lurker ), was enough to make me want to post!

So basically the game is I went into Google Earth, took various snapshots around the 3D Fort Wilderness they have in there, and your goal is to guess where they came from! There will be 10 pictures and one bonus picture. I've also rated them easy to hard.

P.S. Try to guess them first before you scroll down because by then you will see what everyone is guessing! Some of these are easy, some are hard, but I wouldn't be surprised if they all get guessed correctly. After some time I will post the answers...

Welcome, FortFiend4Eva! Google Earth 3D sure makes stuff look weird.

But, I think I can guess all of these.

1)

John got this one right- it is the building in the campfire area from which the movies are projected.

I think John is right about this too. I think this is the fence behind the Bike Barn. But there are not trees that look like that in there, and the animators have left out the Bike Barn (and sidewalk).

3)

Actually, I think John is right about this one, too. That looks like the phones and water fountains on the porch of the Settlement Trading Post.

4)

John is kind of right about this one. Those doors are on Pioneer Hall. But, these are the doors to the take out area for Trail's End to be specific (the entire building is called Pioneer Hall, but these doors lead to Trail's End.

5)

John got this one wrong. This is not the Meadow Trading Post. This is the wall between the men's and ladies' restrooms at the Meadow Pool. But, those flat things on the wall are water fountains, and the empty box higher up is a telephone. The Google computer messed up on this one.

6)

John is right on this one- that is the ladies' room at Pioneer Hall.

7)

John is part right about this- those look like doors for Trail's End, but I think these are the back doors, near the arcade.

8)

John got this one right- that is the porch of the Meadow Trading Post, but again, I think something is missing or not quite right.

9)

I think this is the weather vane atop the Meadow Snack Bar.

10)

This photo is blurry. Hard to tell. I would say this is the walkway that goes from the Outpost toward the camping loops.

That is the side of the Settlement Trading Post. The side that faces Bay Lake.

Yep, that's it! The sign is just over the porch, I had to crop it out it would have been a dead giveaway. I guess the modelers don't do flowers.

I thought this was a fun little thread, and I made a photo to post, but forgot to post it.
