Kath - I'll tell ya what you did - for me the last two weeks you have made me focus on what I was thinking was a downfall - that I hadn't lost and was basically being negative about it. The not gain/not lost the past two weeks was no fault in mine and I didn't see it that way.

You are such a pillar of uplifting, positive support for us all when we need it and start feeling down on ourselves. You are just so great to us and the support that some of us need - I just couldn't let that go without some acknowledgement - you do it because you want to. And I agree - you always have the right thing to say to everyone - to help us!!!!!
