A "holding account" question

I must be really slipping I have a use year of June. January is my deadline to bank.

So I go double check that I have no points to bank only to discover I have 30 points in holding (seems someone booked too many days for a friend over Thanksgiving 2009).

Now I have these 30 points that must be used by May 31, 2010.

Am I correct that I can make a ressie for no more than 60 days out with these 30 points?
