Finally getting time to post!! How exciting that you are camping at FW. That sounds like fun. We just found the love of camping this past year with DS in scouts and I don't think it could get any better than camping at FW!!!

You will love the water parks. Both are great in their own way. Can't wait to hear which one you decide on.

I feel all Hannah Montana, but I think you are getting the best of both worlds with camping AND a stay at the Animal Kingdom Lodge! So much fun to be had! Your vacation is really shaping up into something very, very, very fun!!!

My goodness! You guys are going to have so much fun! My kids want to go camping so badly...I think Disney camping might be the best! Especially with a stay at the AKL following.

As for water parks. We did Typhoon Lagoon when my two were 6 and 8. My older one is tall so he was able to do all the slides. My younger one was tall enough for most but she's not adventurous so we did all the splash stuff. One warning about there-the wave pools is really STRONG! I saw so many kids come out with bloody knees/hands/elbows. We are beach people so my kids handled it better but the current there is really like being in the ocean. We loved it because it was so realistic and big but I know that is a drawback for some.

I have heard from family and others that Blizzard Beach is good for that "middle" age group. I wish I could tell you firsthand but my DH realized that we could go to Aquatica (Sea World's waterpark) for free with our Busch Gardens passes and so we have been going there each year now.

Hi there everyone!!!! YES we are back on land, though I still feel a little like I am swaying! We had a great time! IT was so much fun! Lots of sun and great food and great times with the boys. NON stop I tell you!!! We left the Dream yesterday morning , and headed to the NASA visitor's center, where we had never been. We spent most of the day there, then headed to Vero Beach! We got here right about 4:00... maybe a little earlier. Room was ready, reservations for the character Pirate dinner are made, and we are looking at a variety of kids activities, and another dinner here at the Resort. Then probably eating light because we didn't do that on the cruise Kinda excited that the kids will get to wear their Pirate costumes TWICE! Double dip!

The weather seems a little overcast, but they say that burns off then comes back later, so we'll cross our fingers! Have not explored too much yet, everyone was REALLY tired last night, we all got a great sleep after a quick dinner and the boys had baths in the ginormous bathtub!!!! The tub is bigger than in the other 1 bedroom villas we have stayed in! But exploring is first on the list! So much to do here, really looking forward to the next five days!

Oh, and I walked into the store and a very cute Vero Beach Tshirt is on sale, so that might be coming home with me! AND the other shopping tips WigD gave me! We will see I think we got plenty to keep us busy!!!

We have internet service, so I will be back to check on you all here and there during the week!!!

OMG - I totally did that "swaying" thing after I went on a cruise. It was so bad I couldn't even hold my head up at dinner the first night home.

Ugh on the swaying, I had vertigo for 2 weeks after a cruise once and am really hoping it never happens again and was just an isolated incident. Have fun at Vero, I can't wait to hear about it!!

Yeay! Happydog is back on land!!! Glad you had a great time on the cruise! I seriously cannot wait to hear all about it!!! It sounds like you are going to have an absolutely amazing time at Vero as well! Again, I can't wait to hear all about that, too!!! Soak up all that sun and fun and eat a Mickey bar for me! I think I am going to take the kids to the pool with all my schoolwork today. I have to give a presentation tomorrow, and it might be a good idea to be prepared for it. LOL!
