A Happy Anniversary in Disney without the Kids? No way that could be fun, right?

Um, yeah . . . about the luggage . . . we're not really sure about how that's gonna work out! We may be riding to N.O. holding some in our laps! Why don't you and J meet up with us and Kyle's so we can stow some away in yall's van!

If we were taking the van, I would say sure...BUT we are leaving the van for MIL since we don't need all the room. We will be in Jason's truck

Oh well - it was worth a shot! I'm sure we'll manage. I don't think anyone will mind cramming in for the ride - not considering where we're heading!

One week from today will be Thursday, March 5th - our first park day!!!

On this morning we will be up bright and early waiting at the MK bus stop by 7:30. The park opens at 8a.m. at which point our goal will be to ride as many things as we can in as little time as we can! LOL!!!! Some of those things may iclude the following:

A picture in front of the castle

Battle Captain Hook

Ride Space Mountain

See Philharmagic

Visit Peter Pan

See my old pal Jack Sparrow

Plus, all of the other AMAZING stuff at MK (splash, BTMRR, HM, etc. . .)

We'll be grabbing a CS lunch at some point during the day, and be heading over to Epcot once the crowd picks up at MK (usually mid-day)

At Epcot we plan on taking it all in, and possibly catching the following:

Test Track

And of course Soarin' and Mission:Space - and whatever else want to check out because we won't have any kids complaining about being tired!

That night we are eating at the most fantabulous Disney restaurant EVER!!!! OHANA!!!!!!! WOOHOO!!!!!!!!!!!!

We're all going to be happy like this

WHEW I don't know about y'all, but I'm exhausted after all that walkin' and ride hoppin'! Looks like we'd better hit the sack - big day at Animal Kingdom coming up tomorrow!

One week from today, it will be Friday, March 6th - our Animal Kingdom day . . .

On this day we will make RD at AK! (Yes, we will!) Our FIRST destination will be to take a ride through the mountains on a runaway train

We will most likely do this more than once as it is a fave!!!!!

Another fave (of dh's anyway) is Flights of Wonder, which he will most likely plan our day around the showtimes for

We will take in anything and everything else that AK has to offer this day, including one of my personal faves - Dinosaur!!!!

It's Tough To Be A Bug is a must too

Oh, and gotta check out the animals when you're at AK right????

Oooooh, and the best part of the day - lunch at Yak & Yeti!

I doubt we stay for the parade, but if we do it will look something like this

Once we've accomplished all that we set out to do at AK, we will leave there and the ladies and gents will part ways. The guys will be off to Disney Quest and the ladies will be off to do whatever the heck we want to!!!! So far, us girlies haven't discussed what exactly that will include, but I'm sure it will be AWESOME!

We plan to meet back up with the men-folk later that night at the Boardwalk for some dinner at the ESPN Club.

Well, that sure was a busy day - can't wait to see what we'll do tomorrow . . .

I'm definitely thinking we shouldn't limit ourselves to the DTD area just because the boys are there - we can go WHEREVER we want to!!!! Like . . . we could hop from park to park just riding all the thrill stuff . . . or go to Epcot and snack in all the countries . . . or ride the TTA for 2 hours straight . . . or . . . well . . . I think they get the point - we get to decide what we do and we have all of WDW to choose from! This is going to be so much fun!!!!!!!

Sidenote: I usually post in teal, but felt that this particular post should be in hot pink since it's talking about our girls' night, and also because I have hot pink luggage now!

One week from today will be Saturday, March 7th - our Hollywood Studios day!!!

We will definitely have to be at rope drop this day, and our first stop (as any good disser's should be) will be TSMM where we will retrieve FPs and immediately jump in the standby line!!!!

Our next stop will be these two little beauties:

Our goal this day will be to ride TSMM, RNRC and ToT as many times as we possibly can!!!! Of course we will squeeze in some other cool stuff along the way - Mission:Space, Star Tours, the Indiana Jones Stunt Show, etc . . .

We do have plans for lunch this day - we're dining at the 50's Prime Time Cafe.

Oh, and if you think back to like page 2 of this trip report, you may remember a strange fellow butting in and complaining that he wasn't mentioned in my cast introductions . . . well his name is Josh and he and his wife will be joining us on our thrill quest after lunch. His parents will be watching their kids for the afternoon/evening/night while our adult crew terrorizes the studios! It's sure to be a riot!

Okay, so basically the rest of this day will be "winging it". We will simply enjoy each other's company while ride-hopping. (Which should be easy to do because we won't have any lines to wait in, right? Right!)

While reading your TR with Jason, he pointed out that Mission:Space isn't located in HS, TinkerMel! It's in Epcot!!! He said to tell you that he is distraught that you would make such a grave mistake! He said that he is going to revoke your OCDP status!

After talking to Brandon this morning, I've realized that Disney really has no idea what's coming there way this week. Seriously, what are they thinking let y'all come without the children?! They were the ones keeping y'all contained in the first place. Haha. The Big Kids of South Louisiana are going to take over Disney for a few days, and that to me is a very scary (and hilarious) thing!
