Hey Guys!

Thanks for the lovely comments about the kids...

and for comiserating with me on my tooth!!

I'm back from the dentist and its one of those "good news, bad news" situations... Bad News is: I need a crown. Good News is: I probably won't need root canal... that's only IF I get through the rest of the week without any pain. If it starts to hurt, then I'll have to get the RC before the crown.

So... I got a filling and a crown build-up to hold me for the week. Someone from the office is supposed to call me later and let me know what the damage will be to my pocketbook.

So... to make myself feel better, I did a little travel aisle shopping on the way home, then dug out the Disney Box and began to fill it.

Getting that Disney Box filled will be a whole lot more fun!

Well.....I got the pic from someone else on the boards and I don't remember who it was. I can try and do something with it to make it big enough for a shirt. Would you be looking for a full front size or a smaller size? I'll post if I can figure something out.

Thanks for the old photo, it's so much fun to look back at the kids when they were younger. DD12 made the screen saver on the "kids computer" a slide show and it is all very old pics from when the kids were young, many in WDW. I agree that you should re-shoot that photo with them for a Then and Now pic. There's a thread like that here on the boards too, very fun!

Here's hoping that no root canal is needed. I had a similar situation last year that ended in a root canal and I was in an incredible amount of pain, both in my mouth and my pocketbook, after it was over.

Disney box filling sounds like a great pick me up. Will we get to see the contents?

So Kathy---what exactly is in the Disney box? I have seen mention of it, but have no clue what you add. Is it just where you toss anything you come across that you want to pack or is it special stuff?

Did your bodice come? I ordered a hat and some keys for Ethan from the Dress Like a Pirate website. They came and I have hidden them away. I hope to put up a picture or two in my Pre-trip report once I get a minute away from the kids.
Probably Wednesday Morning.

I have been hiding things away in our suitcase. Fun little things like Pez Candy and Pirate stickers.

The contents are kind of boring... a "pre-packing" of sorts... the travel-sized items, batteries, glow necklaces (the stuff from the Disney party goody bags), sunscreen, first aid kit... just all the little junk located in one spot until I really start to pack!

...but it means that I'm starting to pack!

The "replacement" bodice came... I tried to cancel the first one, but its already on the way so if I want to return it I'll have to send it back.

It's a darker purple than I had expected... kind of like an eggplant color... so if I like the first one better, I'll send the second one back.

Wow - A lot going on here in the past couple days!! I just heard about all the changes coming down the pike at WDW yesterday! Too bad I don't have any little girls to share the new Fantasyland with... oh well, they'd be too old by the time it's done anyways. It looks amazing though.

WE LEAVE TODAY FOR WDW!!!!! I NEED this vacation...we had to deal with lice this weekend What a way to throw a damper on your trip prep I think I've got it completely taken care of, though, but EWWWWW!!!!! Hopefully, after having to deal with DH's tooth matters and this, God will grant us an awesome trip with no more "issues"

I just printed the pictures I have of Michael in front of Zurg (in the BLAB ride) from our 3 trips and am going to doing a keepsake book, including one for Matt and I in front of the NY backdrop from each trip and then the kids in front of the AK sign....
