A few months ago Doc posted a great thread on OKW giving us the complete low down on building unit design, locations etc. I tucked this away in our DVC book and when I made our reservations for our current trip (yes, we are at OKW right now!) every single request I gave to MS had been met! We arrived after 7 PM and our very first building request had been granted!
We are in building 55, on the opposite end from the south point pool with a great view of water way, and a wonderful relective view of the units on the other side of the water...It is so peaceful here, and we haven't heard a peep from the guests using the pool!
We are currently in a one bedroom unit, changing to a two bedroom unit with DH nieces join us on Thursday. More pixie dust came flying our way when the CM told us last night we won't have to move..they will be openning up the studio next to ours for our two bedroom. All we have to do is stop by the front desk to get new keys, and a parking pass for them.
So, Doc, Thank you SO MUCH for taking the time to walk around this beautiful resort and taking the time to chart out all the buildings for us!
The resort is in fantastic shape. Not one problem with our unit to report. AND...WDW is doing great things too. When we checked out parades and fireworks before coming down we were sad to see no spectromagic at the MK, and only MK fireworks this eveing. Upon our arrival we were given a notification advising spectromagic would take place tonight and thursday evening, along with FITS...So, we're heading off now to enjoy the MK this evening. Spent a delightful morning at Epcot enjoying all the wonderful flower and garden show events!
