My PM box is definitely not full. I don't really know-- all she said was that she tried to PM me and got a message that I wasn't accepting emails! I'll ask her to clarify.

I just sent you a test pm and it went through just fine. Your account is not set up for emails.

It's hard to say what the problem might have been. Pm's and emails are two diffeerent thing, so it's hard to know which she meant.
