A friend of mine could use some prayers

Her 2 week old grandbaby died a couple days ago. She had one of those bone disorders that made them extremely brittle. She had too much trauma being born and lived for 2 weeks.
Her grandma says that she didn't know she wasn't supposed to do things like move her hands and turn her head, she did it, broken bones and all.
She was so very much a live for those 2 weeks. At one point she was able to be taken off the oxygen and was breathing on her own.
But her poor body was too damaged to breath well and eventually she couldn't at all.

It was heartbreaking to hear it. Her poor daughter is beside herself with grief as is the rest of the family.
They sure could use some prayers.

Prayers for all the family. But the poor baby girl is in God's heavenly home right now,whole and healthy. Hurts my heart to think about the pain the family will feel for such a long time. It's hard to take care of the mundane things when you are grieving. Are people taking them food,etc? My family is Southern and we always take food over. Sometimes you don't think about eating,but if food is there,you might nibble on something.Sounds like you are being a good friend to the family,Laurie.

That is so horribly tragic. My heart just breaks for this family. My prayers are with them all.
