Here is my proposed itin. Is it TOO MUCH (too many hotel changes) in your opinion?
We pack light and I think it would be a true adventure but wanted to get others opinions.

our proposed itin:
1) Drive to BUF Dec 9,2006, stay over at a stopover hotel
2) OKW studio (hope to be able to rent: 8 points/night DVC): nights of Dec 10-14,2006
3) POP Century $77US/nt + tax (value season , hope for a general public code) : nights of Dec 15 - 16,2006 (in order to avoid high weekend DVC rental points, plus I really want to check out this resort)
4) BCV (1st choice, hope to be able to rent: 12 points/night DVC) or BWV (2nd choice, hope to be able to rent: 9 points/night DVC): studio nights of Dec 17-21,2006
5) Dec 22,2006: drive to Blue Spring State Park (to swim with the manatees) and stay at a motel somewhere in that area
6) Dec 23,2006: drive to Siesta Key : stay at a 1 bedroom condo 3 minute walk to the beach Dec 23-30,2006, then fly home from Tampa.

Any suggestions/tips would be greatly appreciated.

I think it looks great!!:)

We've done:
Airport hotel, YHZ, one night
YYZ hotel one night
BCV studio 3 night
OKW 1bed 5 nights
OKW studio 3 nights
BCV 1bed 4 nights.....

and then back through the airport hotels....all in one trip:)

If you're not stressed about the moving, the kids won't be either:)

We look at it as an adventure too...

Go for it!
If you don't mind moving then it should not be a problem at all!
Plus you have some longer stays in there so it isn't like you are moving every couple days!
Sounds like a awesome trip!

We go Apr.13 for 2 nights AKL, 2 nights Poly and 5 nights BWV. We often stay at several resorts. Lots of fun. So we can do Ak at the beginning, Mk the next 2 days and then the Epcot MGM area .

I have stayed at multiple resorts on one trip -- it can be a slight hassle. Even with Disney moving your luggage for you, you have to pack up, and then un pack. It can be done, but I think you'll find the POP portion of your stay to be a hassle.

I'd avoid the Pop Century 2 night stay.
