A First-timer and a Fanatic do it up Delux Style - Some pics included! Update 6/16!

DH and I really enjoy our breakfasts when on vacation and will take a buffet even if it is a character meal over a average sit down plate breakfast like you said the GF Cafe is like something you would eat on a Saturday morning at a back home restaurant good but nothing special.
I had to laugh when I read you say you didn't know how Andy would take too many character meals for being why you did not book 1900 Park Fare.

I have three booked for our October trip, Cape May just cause we are staying at BC, Crystal Palace and Akershus both because of the early park entry. Feed them they will gladly go :rotfl:

Great to read your review of Le Cellier, I have an ADR for dinner there in October and wondered if I should have made it for lunch instead but now I am glad I did not change it. I did change ours from 7pm to 8:20 so it was also nice to see you had a late ADR time and your meal was still good. I am more excited now about our ADR for Le Cellier.

I am behind so reading backwards ergo my post of Le Cellier after GF Cafe.

Hahah "feed them and they will go" LOVE IT! :rotfl2: I did find out that was a perfect motto, however, and next trip will be planning a TON more character meals for the two of us! And I don't think you'll be disappointed with Le Cellier...at least based on my experience you shouldn't be! It ended up being Andy's second favorite meal of the whole trip!

Sooo....this meal was suppose to be Tony's in Magic Kingdom, but seeing as the park was dead that day and it took us all of 10 minutes to get through everything, we didn't want to stall and wait around until our reservation. Ok, so maybe I'm exaggerating a wee-bit, but in all seriousness the park was DEAD that day...it was amazing! :rotfl2: So after accomplishing all we wanted, we decided to head back to the resort for a nice relaxing pool day. On the way through we stopped at the Pepper Market to grab a quick, and what we thought would be small, lunch and boy were we wrong!

Now don't get me wrong, the food came out quick, and freshly prepared to boot, but there was SOOOOOOOOOO much of it!! So much for having ample room for our dinner reservations!

I ordered the chicken quesadilla, which came with shredded chicken, cheese, and diced peppers and onions...and it was delectable! I ordered a side of sour cream and guacamole to top off the already delicious dish.

Andy got the steak fajitas which came with a side of seasoned rice and pretty much every topping imaginable. Sooo good, but once again, so much food!!

What was so nice about this place was that everything was freshly made on the spot and to your specification if need be. And, despite the fact that you're expected to leave a small tip if eating inside the dining area (because you technically have a server cleaning up and bringing you drinks), we did have the option to take the food as a to go order so that we didn't have to worry about tipping on the meal. Although this wasn't the best meal in Disney, and definitely isn't a sit down experience type of meal, it was definitely the best grab and go meal of the whole trip.

OMG! Pepper Market looks great!

I am so excited to stay there and try it out! I'll definitely be making a few visits! :thumbsup2

You HAVE to try the burrito...it's HUGE! And DELICIOUS! Unfortunately, I believe that is one of the meals that I didn't get a picture of, but definitely make sure to get your own while you're there!
