A few req questions

WAe are staying at both ASmusic and AKL this trip
I am confused about room requests. I booked through Travel Agent because she is a close friend starting a biz.
-SO she has to make my room requests for me or can I do it at online check in or call?
- Also at AKL, we have pool view room now. I would love giraffe trail if possible and higher up(3rd or 4th.) Should I specify floor or ask for not ground level or just ask for one and not the other. The giraffe trail would be more important I think.
- lastly should I not ask for a room req. at ASMusic so I dont look like a pita Its two separate reservations but I dont want to ask for too much as I appreciate just going. Would like calypso building.
Just want to make things simpler and know someones family will be in those rooms so why not my family if its available.

If your reservation is made through a TA then the TA has to make the room requests. Go ahead and have her make your requests for each resort. They are separate reservations so it makes no difference. Since giraffe trail is the most important then make that the first request. If it doesn't matter whether it's 3rd or 4th floor, then make the request for either 3rd or 4th floor (thus making it easier for them to meet your request). And by all means if you want Calypso building, request it. There's no guarantee you'll get all, or any, request, but at least you'll have tried.
