A few questions about POR

Hello,
I have a few questions about POR, we will be there 9/8 9/15 for our honeymoon we got a room with an king bed of course. Monday we will calling the resort to request a room but I am not sure what to request I like the look of the Magnolia Bend and as stated before we need a room with a king size bed so does anyone have maybe a room number I can request or a building number? Also a few more questions, is there ironing board and iron in the room? I am almost sure that everything in our suitcases will need to be ironed How is the closet space in the rooms? Also any other tips for POR would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks so much in advance!

I don' think they will take a specific room # request, but they will take a building request. And I don't believe there are a lot of kings...There is an ironing board in your room and an open closet area that's a good size. As for other advice, be sure and take a boat from POR to DTD. It's a nice relaxing ride that we really enjoyed. Also, be sure to go to the River Roost for the entertainer (I can't think of his name right now) but he puts on a wonderful show and is a load of fun!!!!! Have a great time

Taking the boat from POR to DTD is our favorite way to "ramp up" to our disney trip. We spend the first evening wandering around DTD, and the boat ride is very nice.
