We saw two groups of people with the lime green regalia. First we saw the Larson family wering their lime gren T-shirts embalozened with (Larson family 2002 WDW trip) on them: in the MK running past us twice. WE also saw a family disembarking from the boat to MGM from the BW. We were in a hurry to catch Fantasmic and we lost them in the crowd.
I saw some stupid things too. We were sitting on our patio at OKW during a heavy rain with lightning in the distance. We had a view of the 5th hole fairway of the Lake Buna Vista golf course. During this rain We saw a man with two small children on the course. The two kids were running around and the guy was still swinging his club during this storm. I was in shock. How selfish he was. subjecting his kids to the elements plus the dangers of running around on a golf course. I also saw people dragging thier kids around the parks and berating them in the heat. Also during the time my sons were getting their portraits done there 5 kids milling about close to the artist.. at one point knocking the chalk out of his hand. I attepmted to say somyhing to the kids.. and l realized when i turned around, the two groups parents were sitting and laughing at me!!! I went over and said" what kind of manners you are instilling on these kids..?" and they just cursed at me and told told me to F*** off!!. I just can't believe how people can be so obtuse.

I cant understand people sometimes  Kudos to you for speaking up to those parents!

Now you know where they get those manners! I would have said something too, good for you Joe. And that Dad on the golf course - what an idiot!

That is sad...Funny how sometimes the happiest place on earth bring out the worst in some people... poor kids in both cases... :(

DH & I were talking about our upcoming vacation last night, and we agreed that we're going to try very hard to always remember that we're "on vacation" at the happiest place in earth and to try and let these types of people not get to us. Easier said than done, I think.

I'm assuming, since it was asterisked out, that you told these people to "fall off" (of their benches). ;)

I really despise parents that don't control their kids. The kids just do what comes natural to them.
I took my 9yo dd and 6yo ds to the dentist office with me and this lady also brought her 2 boys about the same ages. Her 2 were making really loud noises and jumping around and one was looking over my ds's shoulder as he was playing his gameboy advance. We we were leaving this woman was in front of me and I asked the receptionist how my kids behaved, she said they were angels, the woman looked at me and said "unlike my two", I smiled at her and said "my kids know better than to misbehave out in public".

This woman also made an illegal u-turn on a busy street to get the parking space in front of the office that I was going for :(
